●        Dogs must have up to date vaccinations including Kennel cough and have a routine flea and worm programme. Evidence of vaccination will be asked for prior to attending day-care.

●        All dogs are to be microchipped and wear an ID tag with owners contact details.

●        Day-care is subject to a successful meet and greet and on completion of enrolment forms.

●        Female dogs in season may not be able to attend day-care for the duration of their season.

●        Dogs must be in good health and showing no signs of contagious diseases.

●        The client must declare any behavioural issues a dog may have, and all dogs must be non-aggressive and non-food/toy possessive.

●        The client confirms that Fin Feather & Fur can take your pet to their own vet in case of emergency.

●        The client gives consent for Fin Feather & Fur to consult a vet if they feel it is necessary. Our primary care vets is Hinckley Vets4Pets and this will be the vet used unless specified otherwise by the owner. This may incur extra fees, payable by yourself.

●        The client is responsible for the cost of any treatment, for any illness or injury that their animal receives whilst under the care of Fin Feather & Fur.

●        Whilst we take pride in the safety and care of all animals under our care, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, accident, injury, illness or death caused to any animals in our care.

●        You agree to allow us to transport your dog in any of our vans to any required location and agree to not hold Fin Feather & Fur liable for injury or death caused by a road traffic collision or incident involving our van or another vehicle at any time, including when the dog is outside of our vehicle.

●         Fin Feather & Fur must be able to gain access to your property to collect or return your dog in the event of you not being there so a key must be provided.

●        Cancellations must be made 24hrs prior to the booking otherwise full-service fee will be charged.

●        Please do not presume your booking is cancelled if you have left a message. All cancellations must be confirmed with a response.

●        Invoiced payments must be received within 7 days of receipt of invoice to prevent incurring late fees and a suspension of services.
